Khalid Wani is a name that has become synonymous with entrepreneurship and success, not just in India but globally as well. Life wasn’t easy for him as a child, but Khalid’s determination and passion for creative pursuits like music drove him towards greatness. At the tender age of 16, he formed a metal band called Phobia, where he served as both the frontman and the manager. Under his leadership, the band gained tremendous popularity, and Khalid discovered his passion for management and business endeavours.
At just 17 years old, Khalid took his first step into the business world with Music Matters. He became a simultaneous music producer and festival organizer, popularizing the concept of individual music festivals on college campuses across India. It is a phenomenon that owes its conception to Khalid’s pioneering spirit and zeal.

Khalid’s keen business perception and managerial instincts led him to launch two other businesses, including a manufacturing unit for electric rickshaws and a food truck in Delhi. In both these cases, he anticipated the boom that would hit these industries and was ahead of the curve.
Khalid’s experience in various industries and his vision for comprehensive and unique solutions led him to launch his own consultancy firm, Khalid Wani Consultancy Group (KWCG), in 2016. KWCG quickly became a popular choice among leading companies across genres for their prompt and affordable services.

KWCG’s success gave Khalid access to multiple successful startups and companies where he was able to put his spin and find a place on their board of directors. His entrepreneurial spirit and love for innovation never waned, and he continues to indulge in personal ventures, such as his involvement in crypto, blockchain, and NFT companies, and mentoring efforts to foster entrepreneurship in schools with BusinessBlasters.

Khalid has over 100 public speaking appearances on industry topics and has been honoured by various government bodies and private institutions for his contribution to the Indian economy. He is on the panel of IIT Bombay as a super investor at the E Summit and many renowned colleges that have produced some of the world leaders in the global tech space.
Through it all, Khalid never lost sight of his roots as a child of need and created an umbrella institution to help the dispossessed regain fairground in the world. For him, it isn’t just about making money, but about regulating the market. Khalid Wani is a beacon of inspiration and innovation for aspiring entrepreneurs worldwide, always moving towards whatever goal he sets his sights on next.
